Terms of Service

1. Intellectual property

All content in the App and the intellectual property rights in its related features belong to Han Cai. Without permission, no individual or organization may copy, distribute, or use the content of the App in any form.

2. License to use

We authorize you to access and use all features of the App through its normal channels. Some features require Premium membership, which you can unlock through a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase.

3. In-app purchases

3.1 Subscriptions and one-time purchase: some features of the App require Premium membership. You can unlock it with a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions renew automatically near the end of each subscription period unless you explicitly cancel auto-renewal yourself.

A one-time purchase is a single payment. After you choose it, you can use the Premium paid features indefinitely without paying again, and the benefit is permanent.

3.2 Fees: our standard service prices are CNY 8 per month, CNY 20 per quarter, and CNY 68 per year. These prices may change during promotions. Subscription prices may also be adjusted; when a price changes, the new fee takes effect from your next subscription period.

4. Membership benefits

Premium membership benefits are for the purchaser only. Sharing or distributing a membership account or its related permissions with others is prohibited.

Cloud Sync is a Premium feature. Once turned on, your data is saved in your own iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android) account, and data is not shared between iOS and Android. When your membership expires, automatic syncing stops; data already synced to the cloud stays in your account and is not deleted, and data on your device is not affected. 5. Prohibited conduct

To protect our legitimate rights and other users’ normal experience, you must not do any of the following when using the App:

• Obtain App features through unofficial means, such as capturing API traffic.
• Attempt to crack Premium membership features.
• Sell or buy cracked apps or membership services for profit.

6. Remedies for violations

If you violate these Terms and harm our interests, we have the right to terminate your membership benefits and restrict your use of the App.

7. Content blocking

The App offers optional content blocking (Premium membership required) to help you reduce exposure to inappropriate content. It works as follows.

7.1 How it works: on Android, it filters domain names through a local VPN/DNS. On iOS 15.6 and later, it matches Safari website rules on your device through the Apple Safari Content Blocker extension. On iOS 16 and later, it can also limit the apps or categories you choose yourself through the Screen Time framework. Safari website protection and app limits are turned on and off independently, and both require you to turn them on yourself.

7.2 Permissions

Using content blocking requires you to grant the following system permissions:

• VPN permission (Android): used to set up a VPN connection on your device to filter DNS requests. The VPN runs only locally on your device and does not forward your network traffic to any remote server. We do not use it to monitor or record your network activity. You can turn the feature off in the app and revoke the VPN connection at any time.
• Safari Content Blocker extension (iOS 15.6 and later): used to apply enabled website rules inside Safari on your device. It does not create a VPN, does not depend on Screen Time permission, and does not affect other apps’ VPNs. You can turn the extension off in Safari extension settings by following the in-app steps for your system version.
• Family Controls / Managed Settings (iOS 16 and later): used only to limit the apps or categories you choose yourself through Apple’s system picker. It is not responsible for Safari website rules and does not give the App access to other apps’ internal content.

7.3 Notes on use

You understand and agree that:

• Blocking works by matching domain names and cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content is blocked. We make no express or implied warranty about blocking results.
• Android local-VPN website protection may affect some network services that depend on DNS resolution; iOS Safari website protection affects only matching domains in Safari. If something behaves abnormally, you can turn off website protection on that platform.
• You should judge the nature of blocked content yourself. If you think acceptable content was blocked by mistake, you can add it to the allowlist in the app.
• You must not use this feature for any illegal purpose or try to bypass, crack, or reverse engineer the blocking rules.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by using or being unable to use the blocking feature.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the App.

9. Termination

If you violate any of these Terms, we have the right to terminate your permission to use the App immediately without prior notice.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time as circumstances require. The revised Terms take effect immediately once published in the App. For material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice or another appropriate method. We recommend that you review these Terms regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit in the people’s court with jurisdiction at the developer’s location.
