1. Mindfulness Meditation Timer
Sitting quietly for a few minutes helps you notice restless thoughts and urges without feeling forced to act on them.
Parameter Breakdown:
- Session Duration: Choose between 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes. Beginners can start with 3 or 5 minutes.
- Ambient Background Sounds:
- None: Silent timer for quiet surroundings;
- Clock Tick: Steady rhythmic ticking to anchor focus;
- Rain / Stream: Natural white noise to mask distractions and calm the mind.
- Ending Alert: Plays a gentle chime or vibration when the session finishes so you can keep your eyes closed.
2. Breathing Exercises (4-7-8 & Deep Breathing)
Guided breathing is the fastest physical way to calm an overactive nervous system when an urge peaks.
Modes & Parameters:
- 4-7-8 Breathing Method:
- Rhythm: Inhale quietly through the nose for 4 seconds → Hold the breath for 7 seconds → Exhale slowly through the mouth for 8 seconds;
- Best For: Pre-sleep relaxation, acute anxiety, or sudden high-intensity urges.
- Deep Breathing (Diaphragmatic):
- Rhythm: Slow, even abdominal inhalation and exhalation cycles;
- Best For: Daytime stress relief and restoring focus during work or study.
- Cue Settings: Enable audio cues or haptic vibration so you can follow each phase with your eyes closed.
3. Kegel Exercises (Pelvic Floor Training)
Kegel training strengthens the pelvic floor muscles through structured contraction and relaxation intervals.
Parameter Breakdown:
- Hold & Relax Intervals: Follow the visual ring animation to contract and hold, then release completely.
- Repetitions: Select the number of repetitions per session based on your comfort level.
- Form Tips:
- Breathe naturally throughout the exercise—do not hold your breath;
- Focus only on the pelvic floor muscles rather than tightening your abdomen or thighs.
4. Self-Affirmation & Practice History
- Self-Affirmation Audio:
- Guided positive affirmation scripts paired with calming audio to reinforce self-respect and clarity.
- Practice History Statistics:
