Data Statistics & Trigger Analysis

Understand the summary metrics, calendar heatmap, urge time-of-day distribution chart, trigger breakdown, and historical cycle comparisons.

1. Summary Metrics Card

Open the Statistics tab from the bottom navigation bar to view your overall progress metrics at the top of the page:

Parameter Breakdown:

  1. Current Streak: The number of consecutive days in your active cycle.
  2. Longest Streak: Your highest consecutive day record achieved so far.
  3. Total Successful Days: The cumulative count of all days you met your goal across all cycles—every single clean day counts, even if a reset happened later.
  4. Overall Success Rate: The percentage of check-in days where goals were met, reflecting your long-term trajectory.

2. Behavioral Charts & Pattern Discovery

As you log daily check-ins, Transform visualizes your behavioral patterns so you can adjust your environment proactively:

1. Calendar Heatmap

  • Displays your daily check-in outcomes across each month using clear color coding;
  • Tap any date on the calendar to review or update that day’s specific check-in details.

2. Urge Time-of-Day Distribution

  • Tallies how often urges occur during Midnight, Morning, Afternoon, and Evening;
  • Actionable Insight: If most of your urges cluster in the late evening or midnight, you can establish a habit of charging your phone outside the bedroom before sleep.

3. Trigger Breakdown Chart

  • Ranks your logged triggers (such as stress, boredom, fatigue, loneliness) by frequency;
  • Helps you focus your energy on addressing your top two real-world triggers rather than relying on sheer willpower.

3. Practice Stats & Historical Cycles

  1. Meditation, Breathing & Kegel Stats:
    • View your session counts and total practice minutes grouped by Week, Month, or Year.
  2. Historical Cycle Analysis (Pro):
    • In addition to your current cycle, Pro members can switch between past cycles to compare how streak lengths and trigger patterns have improved over time.
