Streak Goals, Ranks & Weekly Summary

Learn how to configure streak milestones (5 to 720 days), earn experience points to advance through ranks, and review your Monday Weekly Summary.

1. Setting Your Winning Streak Goal

Breaking a long journey into achievable milestones reduces pressure and builds steady momentum.

Configuration & Parameters:

  1. Where to Change: Go to Settings → Custom Settings → Winning Streak Goal, or tap the goal progress card on the Home screen.
  2. Available Milestones: Choose targets ranging from 5 days up to 720 days (including 5, 7, 10, 14, 21, 30, 60, 90, 180, 365, and 720 days).
  3. Practical Tip:
    • If you are just starting out, pick a 7-day or 14-day target first;
    • Once you reach that milestone, step up to the next tier.

2. Rank & Experience Progression

Transform rewards every positive action—not just raw timer days—through its Rank & Experience (XP) System.

How It Works:

  1. Where to View: Tap the rank badge on the Home tab or go to Settings → Basic Settings → Level.
  2. How to Earn XP:
    • Completing your daily check-in;
    • Finishing daily routine exercises (meditation, breathing, Kegel, reflection);
    • Maintaining streak milestones.
  3. Persistent Growth:
    • As your XP grows, you unlock higher rank titles and celebration cards;
    • Even if your timer resets after a setback, the XP and rank progress you earned from daily practices remain yours.

3. Monday Weekly Summary

Every Monday, Transform compiles a Weekly Summary on the Home tab so you can review the previous week at a glance:

  • Check-in Consistency: Shows your completion rate and streak status across the past 7 days;
  • Practice Totals: Summarizes your meditation, breathing, and Kegel sessions from the week;
  • Trigger Highlights: Surfaces the most frequent triggers and high-risk times logged last week so you can plan ahead.
